2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Lovable, with servers in Frankfurt. When you visit the site, the hosting provider's server records each request in a log file. This includes the IP address of your device, the date and time, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, the referring page and the browser and operating system used. This data is needed to deliver the pages, to keep the site secure and to detect faults. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in running the site securely. Log files are kept for as long as the hosting provider needs them for this purpose and are then deleted.

3. Contact by email

If you email us, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message, in order to answer you. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR when your message concerns membership or a trial session, and otherwise Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We delete your message once your request has been dealt with, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it or the correspondence leads to membership, in which case it is kept with the membership records.

4. No cookies, no tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. It loads no fonts, scripts, images or other content from third-party servers, and it embeds no content from other sites. There is nothing to consent to, so there is no cookie banner.

5. External links

The site links to fussball.de, Instagram, OpenStreetMap and berlin.de. Data is only transferred to those sites when you click a link. Their own privacy policies then apply.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you (Article 15 GDPR), to have it corrected (Article 16), deleted (Article 17) or its processing restricted (Article 18), to receive it in a portable format (Article 20), and to object to processing based on Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Article 21). To exercise these rights, email efcb.info@gmail.com.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.

7. Membership data

Membership applications are handled on paper or by email, not through this website. The membership form contains its own privacy notice explaining how membership data is processed.
